Our dedicated Resource Team works to make sure that the recruitment you need is amply covered by hundreds of recruiters for both direct hire and temporary placements, no matter the position. But we didn’t stop there. Every one of our agents must go through an intensive interview and selection process before beginning to fill positions for our clients. Each recruiter is taken through a thorough screening process where we conduct interviews, check three references, and verify Certificates of Insurance. When your staff receives calls from staffing vendors, allow us to do your screening. Simply tell them, “Our staffing goes through Staffing Universe! Please contact them if you would like to work on our openings.”
Once a recruiter begins to fill jobs, they receive a rating each and every time a position is filled. That rating becomes part of the staffing agent’s profile for clients to see when they review submissions by these recruiters. A higher rating will increase the recruiter’s chance of visibility and certainly exclusivity on newly created positions. Each of our recruiters’ statistics are available to view their ratios between the number of submissions that they have made to the number of interviews and placements that have resulted. Our clients also receive ratings and statistics based on their promptness to respond to submissions and offering adequate communication to their recruitment partners in addition to the ratios of their postings to interviews and hires of submitted candidates.
