You post a job

You post your direct hire, contract or per diem vacancy with job details, pay and acceptable agency fees. Your job is sent out to the recruiting agencies that can fill that job based on their healthcare specialization and location. You reach as many or as few recruitment firms that you specify. You can also send your temporary openings out to your internal flexible pool first allowing your to eliminate use of agency fees whenever possible!

Recruiters Submit Candidates

In order to maintain good statistics and ratings, our pre-screened, professional recruiting agencies submit only the very best candidates for the job directly to your user account on Staffing Universe.

You Review Candidates

You accept or decline candidates based on being a fit for your vacancy. Our progress mapping tools allow you to view the status of each of your searches in one snapshot to help you ensure that each of your jobs gets filled. You can take your candidates through the interview process through our progress mapping and built in message board tools.

We handle the rest

Once you select the candidate that you would like to hire, Staffing Universe facilitates the rest of the process for you. For all placements, Staffing Universe Healthcare automatically provides you with one source billing; you pay us and we take care of your recruitment vendors. Staffing Universe Healthcare gives you access to critical reporting tools to help you to manage your talent acquisition process most effectively.
